“You Can Thrive” deals with mind, body and spiritual healing after cancer.

Grief starts on Day 1 at the moment of diagnosis. The journey after the shock goes something like this: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.

The five stages of grief end in ACCEPTANCE.

It typically takes about four weeks to really get your “physical healing” plan wrapped up.

In those four weeks, YCT gives you a four week plan to overcome negative thoughts, embrace inspiration and find peace with acceptance of your “new normal”.

You can go back to any of the DAY 1-30 based on your individual needs. These 140 Thrive-Its, no matter how often they are used, are voted as the most helpful in their category, to help you thrive.
