Why Me? Finding the Courage to Deal With Cancer

Anger, fear and confusion are a part of the process after a cancer diagnosis. Most people are lost and don’t quite know how to handle this news. That’s ok.
It’s ok to be scared. It’s ok to be fearful. That’s all very normal. And it’s ok to be normal:) However, please remember that, just by dealing with it, you are showing immense courage.
“For Courage is NOT the absence of fear; but rather the ability to carry on, despite the fear”.
Just keep on trucking’ and do the best you can, courageous survivor!
You are thriving if you remember to take deep breaths and try to not fixate on the outcome.
